Two separate things are covered here: what the app does on your phone, and what this website stores when you join the iOS beta list.

The app

Every conversion runs on the device. There is no upload step and no server queue. You can put the phone in airplane mode and every tool still works.

• No account. There is nothing to sign up for. The app has never had a login screen.
• No analytics. The switch in Settings is off by default, and nothing is wired behind it yet — the app sends no events at all today. If that changes, this page will name every event before the build ships.
• History points at your files. It stores a reference, not a copy. Clearing it removes the list, never the documents.
• What stays on the phone. Your settings, the history list, and working copies the app makes while converting. All of it lives in the app's own storage, none of it is sent anywhere, and deleting the app deletes all of it. Settings › Free up space clears the working copies at any time.
• Filota Cloud is the one exception. It syncs the outputs you create after you switch it on. It is off until you turn it on, and it syncs outputs only — never your originals.

This website — the beta list

If you submit your email address on this site, we store:

• Your email address.
• The campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_content), so we can tell which post or advert brought you.
• The country your request came from, and your browser's user-agent string.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, salted with a secret we hold, used to block automated signups. The address itself is never written down, and without the secret the hash cannot be turned back into one.
• The time you signed up.

We send you one email when the next iOS beta build is ready. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell the list, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the beta list.
• MailerLite holds your address so we can send the beta email.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views. It sets no cookie and reads nothing from your device, which is why this site has no cookie banner for it.
• The TikTok Pixel loads only if we are running adverts and only if you agree when asked. Say no and it never loads. Neither one receives your email address.

None of these touch the app, and none of them ever see a file.

How long we keep it

Until the beta closes, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Getting it removed

Email hello@filota.app and we delete your row. No account needed. Every email we send also carries an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you the right to see what we hold, correct it, have it erased, and object to its use. Use the same address above. We answer within a day.
